All of us are stressed because of COVID-19. We can’t go out without the fear of getting exposed to the virus. We hear news about the exponential growth of the virus and it is very scary. We are stuck at homes and day by day it is getting frustrating. We must find activities to keep our selves distracted because due to this pandemic it’s hard for us to shake off the anxiety about the virus. We have plenty of free time on our hands and this can become difficult for us as free time leads to overthinking and overthinking about the bad things going on around the world may affect our mental health badly.
